Whilst arriving at your destination on time is probably the most critical thing on the day, A. Mercedes wants you to enjoy the experience in the process.

Chauffeurs

The Company places enormous emphasis on the care and attention clients receive from its chauffeurs.

Drivers are smartly dressed, courteous and discreet at all times. Importantly, the Company has an ethos of going the extra mile for a customer if required; should you experience unexpected difficulties or problems, A. Mercedes will do everything within its power to help you overcome them.

Chauffeurs are fully licensed (by the local government) and have had the necessary background checks (CRB) to ensure that customers can be confident in their suitability.

Cars

A. Mercedes Private Hire offers a range of vehicles. All cars are Mercedes E-class saloons but MPVs and larger people carriers are also available upon request.

Cars are air-conditioned to allow customers to arrive at their destination calm and unflustered. For the comfort of all customers, the Company insists that no smoking, eating, drinking or pets are allowed in any of its vehicles.

Satellite navigation is also available if required.
